Lauryan Yoga Boutique was named after my two children, Lauren and Ryan—my greatest inspiration and the heart of everything we do.
As a mother, I believe we have a responsibility to care for ourselves and the world we leave behind. Sustainability isn't just a practice; it's a promise to our children's future.
My yoga journey began during a season of profound loss. On the mat, I discovered more than movement—I found stillness, healing, and the transformative power of presence. That same intention guides every product we create: thoughtfully designed, sustainably made, and crafted to support your practice and our planet.

Go green mat! The Lauryan mat has partnered with One Tree Planted. Since charity begins at home, our donation gives back to reforest the California areas devastated by natural forest fires.
