Lauryan Yoga Boutique was named after my two children, Lauren and Ryan—my greatest inspiration and the heart of everything we do.

As a mother, I believe we have a responsibility to care for ourselves and the world we leave behind. Sustainability isn't just a practice; it's a promise to our children's future.

My yoga journey began during a season of profound loss. On the mat, I discovered more than movement—I found stillness, healing, and the transformative power of presence.
